At first, Synergia™ seems to be an objective management tool, with which an employee together with a superior can set goals, plan and monitor their achievement. Although Synergia™ is designed to do that in an easy and pleasant way, it is much more than that.
Synergia™ fosters an objective goal alignment throughout the whole organization – from the highest, strategic, mission level down to individual goals of each employee.
