VoxPopuli™ (Internal Organizational Climate)
VoxPopuli™ is an anonymous questionnaire that paints a picture of an organization as seen through the eyes of its employees. It probes what employees really think of a company they work in, and assesses the company’s organizational maturity.
VoxPopuli™ consists of almost one hundred questions that explore and diagnose 12 aspects of an organization's life:
- level of employees’ work and life satisfaction
- relations with a superior
- work environment
- access to information
- information flow
- compensation
- customer relations
- work evaluation
- development
- change management
- strategic dialog
- identification with the company
VoxPopuli™ generates reports that show how employees perceive and understand each of these aspects.
From reports one can learn:
- what is a company’s capability to successfully compete on the market and obtain satisfying results
- which aspects of a company’s life are satisfactory and where an intervention is needed
- which aspect of a company’s life are perceived cohesively and where employees have opinions that differ significantly
VoxPopuli™ allows for easy comparisons of results from different company units, that one can freely define with regard to their geographical localization, functional specificity or other criteria.
VoxPopuli™ is accessible on-line via a standard web-browser. Every user logs onto his/her private account where at any suitable time can complete the questionnaire.
Individual answers, for the sake of privacy, are not accessible for those who analyze the results. One exception is possible –*VoxPopuli™* allows for non-anonumous comparison of opinions on company’s functioning among top management members might they wish to check whether they create a coherent leadership.
