Evolver™ (Personal Development Plans)
Evolver™ is a tool that can serve two purposes:
- as a separate application, it leads its users, step by step, through the process of creating Personal Development Plans; it chronologically organizes and offers framework for all the data and documents produced during the process
- as an integral part of competence-based management system, it makes a consistent continuation of the 360° competence assessment, stretching towards the development of attributes an employee needs when occupying certain job positions
Evolver™ can be attached as a module to Competence Navigator. Access to results of competence assessment provides essential information necessary for creating most efficient and adequate development plans.
Evolver™ includes:
- on-line forms*, that user fills in together with his/her PDP Assessor (more experienced employee that offers guidance and supervision)
- a module that for individual employees gathers and makes accessible all the development plans ever created
- possibility of generating Personal Development Plans as PDF documents
