Coaching à la Carte™ (Advisio Coaching Framework)
Coaching à la Carte™ is a tool that enables HR specialists to manage coaching process both on individual (employee) and organizational levels.
Coaching à la Carte was designed with respect to three main goals:
- to provide a tool for efficient monitoring and management of coaching process in organizations
- to facilitate, organize, formalize and create structure for coaching process
- to make possible the promotion of certain coaching activities among coaches and employees under their care
Using Coaching à la Carte is no more complicated than using a notepad. The tool successfully replaces paper documents and templates, keeping the data chronologically organized and enabling quick search and content analysis.
Coaching à la Carte, as an Internet application, means:
- quick and comfortable communication channel between the coach and his/her client (the person he/she coaches)
- easily available electronic templates that facilitate the creation of individual coaching plans (templates are designed to be filled in during coaching sessions)
- various documents (e.g. concerning previous coaching meetings) accessible for both the coach and his/her client
- list of coaching activities accessible for both the coach and his/her client
- chronologically arranged coaching actions that make possible the creation of long-term, elaborated coaching plans
- statistics that sum-up the whole coaching process within the organization and within its different units (e.g. the number of coaching sessions per employee or in a certain company unit, average number of sessions per coach, rankings of most frequently assigned coaching activities)
